Master of Business Administration (MBA).
The MBA (English) at TOBB ETU Tashkent is a graduate-level management programme developed for young and ambitious professionals seeking structured career growth in a competitive business environment. The programme is designed to equip participants with advanced managerial knowledge, strategic thinking, and applied decision-making skills relevant to both local and international labour markets.
Delivered in an evening format (18:30–21:30) the programme allows participants to pursue a high-quality management education without stepping away from full-time employment. This format ensures that learning remains closely connected to professional practice and that newly acquired knowledge can be applied immediately in the workplace.
The curriculum consists of nine core modules delivered across three academic semesters. These include:

The programme culminates in one of two final pathways. The Professional Track is completed through a Capstone Project, focused on solving a real organisational problem. The Research Track concludes with an Applied Thesis (with Research Methods), designed for those who wish to strengthen their analytical and research profile and preserve progression opportunities into academic study.
