Professional / Research Tracks

The MBA at TOBB ETU Tashkent is a condensed, practice-oriented graduate programme designed for professionals who seek rapid career progression and a transition into managerial and leadership roles.

The programme develops a strong foundation in business fundamentals, combined with analytical tools and applied decision-making skills relevant to both local and international contexts.

Delivered in an evening format (18:30–21:30) over 16 months, the MBA allows participants to continue full-time employment while immediately applying new knowledge in their professional environment. This ensures that learning is not theoretical, but directly connected to real organisational challenges.

Programme Structure

The curriculum consists of nine core modules delivered across three academic semesters:

• Organizational Behavior & Leadership
• Financial Decision-Making
• Operations & Process Management
• Negotiations & Decision-Making
• Marketing Management
• Entrepreneurship and Innovation
• Project Management

Final Tracks
The programme concludes with one of two pathways:
Professional Track - MBA

Capstone Project based on a real organisational challenge
Research Track - MSc

Applied Thesis (with Research Methods), enabling participants to develop analytical depth and maintain progression into academic or research careers

Entry Requirements
• IELTS (or equivalent) with a minimum overall score of 6.0
• A recognised undergraduate degree with official academic transcript
• Admissions interview

Outcome
Upon completion, graduates are awarded a state-recognised Master’s degree and gain a practical, career-oriented skill set applicable across industries, as well as the option to continue into academic or research pathways (Research Track).
